Oil change with the works I stopped in to have my oil changed and wanted to have my backup camera checked out. I was told by the associate in the maintenance area that he could I stopped in to have my oil changed and wanted to have my backup camera checked out. I was told by the associate in the maintenance area that he could change the oil but I would have to wait behind 10 people to have the backup camera checked. I only had one day off, so waited just over an hour to have the oil change. Backup camera on my 2016 Mustang is still not working. Would have given 5 stars ?? if they could have fixed the backup camera...... More

The Lot Sales staff were great! BuT, watch out! I purchased a used truck from this dealer. .Drove it home. next morning it was Idling rough and Eng light came on. Asked Sales rep if he would get the I purchased a used truck from this dealer. .Drove it home. next morning it was Idling rough and Eng light came on. Asked Sales rep if he would get the shop to look at it? his Text reply was "YES". Went up there in the afternoon and was directed to the Financial guy. His response was "As Is" No we wont look at it. he then asked if I wanted to speak to the manager? I said Yes. He leaves and comes back in about 5 minutes and says No the manager wont see you and we cant do anything. The Truck had been driven about 100 miles total from the dealer to my house and back. I then talked to the service guys. they said I could leave it and make an appointment for two days from now. I left and went to a mechanic I trust. truck was fixed in an hour, just needed an adjustment. I wont go back there again. More
