I've bought a Chevrolet Silverado and 2 Corvettes from Steve's Hometown. All bought from the same sales person, Tom Schafer. He's very easy going and a pleasure to do business with. Found pickup on fb inquired got approved through gm financial. Gave all info for a credit app brought in trade they lowballed on a low mile trade.l saying I could get more if I brought it in. Gave an e financial. Gave all info for a credit app brought in trade they lowballed on a low mile trade.l saying I could get more if I brought it in. Gave an extra 500. They gave me two different credit scores of 20 point difference. They wanted registration even after the plates were switched over. Very disorganized and nobody was on the same page. More

Really enjoyed my vehicle buying experience at the fruitland dealership. Less busy and stressful than other dealerships. Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Took a while to be greeted but it was busy so I can look past that. Told service rep thatI have an appt for oil change and tire rotation, he said g Took a while to be greeted but it was busy so I can look past that. Told service rep thatI have an appt for oil change and tire rotation, he said great, give us a bit its busy. OK, no problem at all! Car was completed faster than I expected which was nice. I went to pay and informed the cashier I had a birthday coupon I would like to use, and I received the most inappropriate attitude from the cashier, rolling her eyes at me and calling the service advisor again to apply the coupon. Fine, that was taken care of. Now, I went to pay again and asked to use my GMC points (I read online while waiting how to do it and most forms said just notify the cashier). The cashier again got even spicier and went to page the service rep again and I informed her just forget it I will pay out of pocket. Second issue is I paid 115.00 for an oil change. My tires were not rotated, and my DEF fluid was not filled up. I did immediately email my service advisor asking if this should have been completed but never heard back. I hate complaining but this experience at this dealership was unacceptable and I will never return for service at this dealership. More
