They charged me for service and parts, that is normal, however when they charge you and didn’t replace the parts (middle seat) and held your vehicle for days I consider that extremely poor service. I have to find time now to go back there and demand a refund for the seat. And I’m questioning the other service I was told we’re done… oxygen sensor, front brakes. I was looking for a good new Chevy Malibu and found two online at this dealership. I called and spoke with Josh and explained my wants and needs. He could have steered me to buy new, which I was on the fence because of my budget, but shared with me a one owner 2016 Chevy Malibu Premier that Drew (my other salesperson) took in on trade. Josh did a FaceTime video with me since I live in SW Boise, Idaho, and roughly an hours drive to their dealership. It was in amazing condition from what I could tell and decided to take a trip there to see if it was the one. Josh was in a meeting but had Drew take care of me so we test drove a new Malibu first so I could then compare it to the one owner used 2016 they had. I could not believe just how nice the used on was and made an offer that was accepted. They helped me with local credit union financing, detailed the Malibu including a paint-less dent repair repair and some touch up paint corrections. I was so impressed and to top it off Drew agreed to deliver the Malibu to me in Boise! He even took time to follow up with me and made sure that I was happy. In fact, he is sending a small paint touch up pen to my address! By the way, I was able to obtain a drivetrain warranty just in case anything were to go wrong in the future. That and the 3 free one year oil changes made this a purchase that was a home run! These two men deserve 10 stars and I HIGHLY recommend working with them. Just ask for Josh and or Drew and say that you read my online review. They will take very good care of you and your family! More
