I would easily choose steves over some of the other dealers in the valley because of their professionalism and availability of vehicles. There are only 2 reasons I gave them 4 stars: 1. The original vehicle I wanted they would let me buy unless I specifically financed through GM at double the interest. With the plan to "refinance" at 6 months. I still used a preferred lender and they still benefited but I didn't get the original truck i wanted. They did provide me a loaner vehicle while i was waiting for my new truck to come from the factory. While it was a tough negotiation, the GM (nick) was very professional about it. Even while I was getting frustrated and calling out their flags. 2. When I went to pick up my truck, I communicated early on my time of arrival since I had a 1h 40m drive. They did not have pre-inspection done and I was at the dealer for 1h 10m while they took care of the cleanup. They received the truck by freight early that morning so had it almost 6 hours before I arrived. More

I just had to best experience with the service team here at Steve’s Hometown Chevrolet, specifically Matt, Jeff and Steve! We are traveling across country from Florida to Washington state and my 2021 Silver at Steve’s Hometown Chevrolet, specifically Matt, Jeff and Steve! We are traveling across country from Florida to Washington state and my 2021 Silverado 1500 diesel suddenly went into reduced power on the highway. We called Kendall Chevrolet first as they were closer to us. We advised that we just needed to find out what the code was for the check engine light to determine out next direction. We explained we were in a bit of a dire situation with 3 kids in the car and 200 miles between us and home. The lady at Kendall Chevrolet was incredibly rude and advised us that they couldn’t help us for a month and when we continued to try to explain that all we needed was the code pulled and that we were not local, she just got worse. Finally, she said that she “might” be able to have a tech run a code. I tried to ask for a guarantee that someone could help us because we didn’t want to drive backwards 12 miles on the highway in limp mode and she refused to confirm. Thankfully, we found our way to Steve’s Hometown Chevrolet. These guys are doing things right! They were more than happy to help us pull the code, had a tech come off lunch and get us back on the road. Customer Service and first impressions make a big difference!! Thanks guys! More

Thanks goodness for Home Town GMC. On our way to Texas our GMC pickup transmission went out.. Henry in parts was quick to find a new transmission. Next Jeff in service arranged to have the transmission our GMC pickup transmission went out.. Henry in parts was quick to find a new transmission.
