I reached out to Hometown Chevrolet GMC of Fruitland in Fruitland, ID via an internet add for a 2023 Toyota Tacoma I was interested in test driving and was put in contact with Kevin Parker who quickly reac Fruitland, ID via an internet add for a 2023 Toyota Tacoma I was interested in test driving and was put in contact with Kevin Parker who quickly reached out to me. I let him know that I was about 4 hours away in Tri-Cities, WA and that it was important that all of my questions were answered and that there were no red flags with the vehicle given the 8 hour long round trip I had to make. Kevin was polite and accommodating and allowed me to test drive the vehicle once I arrived (be aware of time zone differences as I goofed and arrived an hour later than he anticipated - sorry about that Kevin). He answered many additional questions and even allowed me to briefly look at another Tacoma they had at their sister Toyota dealership. Prior to driving down there, Kevin even offered to pick me up from the Boise airport (1 hour away) should I decide to fly in and not drive the 4 hours one way. After the test drive was complete, we then proceeded to negotiate the price and we settled on the final out-the-door amount without needing to haggle which was refreshing. Kevin and the dealership were both very professional and accommodating and because of this, I highly recommend others do business with with Kevin and this dealership as they'll treat you right. I've also read plenty of good reviews for other employees at this dealership. More
