I called because the online price was very low, but after texting the internet sales team and getting a quote, I saw it was higher than advertised. No one ever mentioned it was a mistake (or there was an err texting the internet sales team and getting a quote, I saw it was higher than advertised. No one ever mentioned it was a mistake (or there was an error in a new system being implemented), which should’ve been made clear from the start since they knew about it. I brought it up again at the dealership and got the same response. Matt was friendly at first, but when it came to negotiating, he became pretty belligerent. I could handle him pushing me to give more, but didn't appreciate his comments when I did some over-the-phone consulting with my wife—strike two. I only hung in there because of the reasonable price; I think most people would have walked. When I picked up my truck a couple of days later, he didn’t bother going over anything about it—strike three. Luckily, I’d had a 2023 Ridgeline before, so I was already somewhat familiar. Needless to say, not the greatest experience I've had in buying a new vehicle. P.S. That was the only vehicle with an error. I work the back end (website and social media) at a business, and any internet errors are immediately corrected and acknowledged. More
