Not having purchased a new car in more than 20 years, I was expecting a difficult and unfamiliar process. However, Anthony's service was a pleasant surprise. He learned our concerns, answered all our quest was expecting a difficult and unfamiliar process. However, Anthony's service was a pleasant surprise. He learned our concerns, answered all our questions and demonstrated the cars through a test drive. He also was not pushy as we needed time to look around. During the final paperwork phase, it was obvious that everything had been prepped and filled out to the extent possible so the final meeting was only a couple hours. He even fielded a couple calls to answer insurance and finance issues. Essentially there were no problems or issues that came up during the paperwork processing. And finally, the vehicle was prepped, clean and ready to go. Anthony also provided a brief tutorial on setting up some options we would need, such as pairing our phone to the auto system. He also followed up several days later.. Overall it was a pleasant experience and we are thankful Anthony was our Honda rep to deal with. More
