Brought car in thinking it had a wheel bearing or suspension issue due to road noise. Techs told me it was my tires, which are 3 months old. Dealer proceed to present me with a $1200 quote for new ti suspension issue due to road noise. Techs told me it was my tires, which are 3 months old. Dealer proceed to present me with a $1200 quote for new tires, which clearly I'm not going to do as if it truly is my tires I have warranty issues to deal with with who I bought them from. Rather than some compassion and understanding of the situation I was forced to pay $180 for a diagnosis which was 1) not $180 worth of work, I was at the dealer for barely an hour. 2) completely unexpected. You stole my $180, you're not getting another penny from me, ever. More
