John, Way past the days of playing games in the finance office. I wanted to drive 5 hours to purchase a 2010 CR-V. Asked for a Out the Door price. After agreeing to a price I asked for a detailed signed purchase agreement. Three days later same old game "Come down and Fiance will figure it out" Arkansas Dept of Finance makes it easy to figure taxes and registration online. The texted price I got was over $600 more than the sales price and AR taxes. Again no detailed purchase agreement, just the come on down xxxxxxxx. Those days are coming to an end and did for me many years ago. I think the Yelp review clearly spells out that this is standard practice for you guys. You know it or should have. I will not play that game, plenty of upfront honest dealers. Greg Parker
