Pricing changed with Lojack and paint warranty that "was NOT" included in price. Experience becomes more difficult if you have your own financing and not theirs. More
I had a terrible experience with Honda Cars of Rockwall. The prices listen on the website change when you get to the dealership, they add "car conditioning fees". Despite my salesperson, Dale, being friendly and helpful, the finance department ruined my entire experience. They were accommodating until they found out I was not financing with them, failing to provide my bank with the correct information on more than three separate occasions, and the process taking more than three days to attempt to purchase a car. The finance department's mistakes caused delays and frustration, it was difficult to get a straight answer from them, and they were incredibly unresponsive when I tried to follow up on the status of my deal. I felt like they had no respect for my time or my needs as a customer. It was only until I said I was no longer going to purchase the car that I received calls from all kinds of managers asking me to come in and telling me that they could "get the deal done in 30 minutes," something that couldn't get done in 3 days. Overall, I would not recommend Honda Cars of Rockwall to anyone. While Dale was great, the incompetence and unprofessionalism of the finance department lost my business. I went to another dealership, got my paperwork, and got the deal done in half a day with outside financing. More
Advertise one price on cargurus and when we got there they had a different price for more. Deceiving pricing, they would show one price in car gurus and when you actually go and take a look at the car it shows a higher price. prices don't show hidden charges for lo jack and Perma shield. Have been in contact with a sales rep, Art, this week about a specific vehicle, got prompted to call and put down a down payment to reserve the vehicle. Call the next day and Jarrett took down my card in about a specific vehicle, got prompted to call and put down a down payment to reserve the vehicle. Call the next day and Jarrett took down my card info and stated that the vehicle was secured and in my name. Checking my bank about the next day and the deposit still hasnt processed so I call to figure out what is going on. Art, that I had been dealing with got frustrated with me that I didn't give more info than what was requested and that they can't find where I made the deposit. I get a call back from Art confirming yes, I did provide all info I was asked and it was the used care sales manager I spoke with, who apparently took my info for deposit on a vehicle that had been presold. Upon trying to get clarification on how this occurred Art immediately placed all blame on Jarrett and began trying to sell me another vehicle that is in manufacturing. Asked to speak to a manager and was repeatedly told that it wouldn't accomplish anything, he's trying to get me into a new vehicle now so let's just do that. Called back to speak to the new car sales manager who's name I've forgotten and he informs me that this vehicle has actually been presold for a week, and again starts trying to sell me the vehicle in manufacturing. Now I can only assume that Art has been stringing me along for the past couple days on a vehicle that has not been available this whole time. More

Typical scummy dealership. Serepticiously included 5k of dealer markup on top line price of vehicle. Approximatly 3k of dealer add-ons included on a vehicle in transit. Quoted me 5k below fair market trade-in value for my trade. Attempted to redirect pricing discussion to monthly payment rather than out-the-door pricing. Upon negotiation they were "potentially willing" to drop 2k of the 5k dealer added markup. Waste of time. Insulting experience. More
