Came in for a AC service for the first time, service manager Cody said that my AC is contaminated which I know is impossible because it’s new and I never touch the AC, he then said that it is not gonna manager Cody said that my AC is contaminated which I know is impossible because it’s new and I never touch the AC, he then said that it is not gonna be under warranty and recommended me to take it to a AC specialist which I did and they said that it’s not contaminated. I’m giving this a bad review because they just charge me over $200 for diagnostic just for them to tell me that it’s not under warranty and they’re not gonna work on it. More
I have called 3 times about my license plates. Had a terrible experience with Ray Angosung. The guy is so unprofessional he was cussing at his salesman in front of my children! If I could, I would leave at zero stars due to, Cody Broderick, the service manager. I had an issue with my car and the rental. My vehicle sat at their dealership for over a month and a half. I finall Broderick, the service manager. I had an issue with my car and the rental. My vehicle sat at their dealership for over a month and a half. I finally went in and asked what was going on. My car had not been touched. I saw that it had not moved since I had dropped it off and I was told that the mechanic was on vacation and wouldn’t be back for another week. All the while, I am paying for a rental out of my pocket. When I a called and complained to the service manager, Cody Broderick, not only was he unprofessional but screamed at me over the phone and told me I had issues and I was a liar. He then did a conference call, over speaker with one of the team members who told me my vehicle would be worked on in a timely manner and there was a back-and-forth with the team member saying she never said this and myself saying that she did. Again, Cody then called me a liar, and then proceeded to hang up on me. A day later, the service manager, Cody Broderick, called and apologized to me. He told me, “he just was having a bad day”. You’re having a bad day so you scream at a customer and pass your frustration out on them? Oh, thank you, now I had a bad day as well. He was beyond unprofessional. My cars issue was never fixed, I still have issues with my Honda CRV to this day but, I refuse to ever return to the Honda dealership in Lancaster, California. Not only are they abusive, but they don’t take care of the problem. They just want money and if they’re having a bad day, take it out on their customers. Listen when you work you take your emotions out of it you separate your personal life from work! I will never go back to Honda or buy from them ever again due to his unprofessionalism. More

Bought 2025 Pilot on Memorial Day 2024, and have problems with driver window rolling down. Service person NEVER gets back to get this fixed.
