AMAZING friendly, outgoing staff. I have a Honda not commonly found in Texas, a 2021 Clarity Touring. I could not even buy or order a new Clarity from any central TX Honda dealerships I have a Honda not commonly found in Texas, a 2021 Clarity Touring. I could not even buy or order a new Clarity from any central TX Honda dealerships in 2020/2021, which is a whole other story. This has been the first dealership I encountered that opened their hearts and ensured I could get service for my Clarity. The online service menu also has Clarity listed as a choice in their service menu; meaning I did not have to manually call in and setup the service appointment. I brought the Clarity in for its first standard service March 2022. Upon arrival, yes, the car got strange looks and comments as no one had seen one in service yet. Yes, the Clarity is a great car, who does not love the efficiency of electric and gas combined, especially with high fuel prices. Back to the service, the porter/greeter was very enthusiastic about the car. The service advisor, Bridgit, had everything under control. I had arrived way early (before the doors opened) for my scheduled A.M. appointment, but the crew did not skip a beat in getting the car ready for service. After signing the service paperwork, Bridgit showed me the waiting area as I chose to just wait for the car. Since the building is new, everything was sparkly, nice and clean. There were two TV areas, Wi-Fi access for those needing to connect, water, coffee, tea, maybe cocoa too and some snacks to enjoy while waiting. If anything, I think they could use one more trash can. Plenty of room to move about and comfy chairs in the multiple waiting areas. You can receive the bill online and sign for service online, but I did not do that. I prefer the human touch. The service paperwork report card was given on the overall status then paid for service. When the Clarity was ready, they brought the car up front washed off and ready to go. They removed the protective plastic on the seats and floor. The staff was very attentive and ensured a positive experience. I highly recommend Honda owners go to Honda Leander and experience a wonderful service. Yes, AMAZING service and people. More

From the moment I drove in to the service area until I drove away EVERYONE was so pleasant, courteous, friendly, helpful and constantly kept me informed thru texting & talking to me in the waiting area. The entire place appeared to be immaculate and so nice to see a drink/snack area for customers waiting. I’ve never liked taking my car in for repair or check up. Will, my salesperson was great. Knowledgeable and efficient. But and this a big one, it took four hours to buy a car I knew I was going to buy.
