My reason for service was fixed by the push of a button by the service advisor, even though I had previously pushed that same button at least 4 times. However, since I was there and in need of an oil chan by the service advisor, even though I had previously pushed that same button at least 4 times. However, since I was there and in need of an oil change and tire rotation I was moved into my original time slot and the service was completed very quickly. I will probably return for future service.
