I settled in with my book and a nice cup of your complimentary tea. Within a half hour, my name was called. My car was done, washed and vacuumed and I was handed a service check list report letting me know that my fluids, tire pressure, lights etc. were all also checked out. Very good reception and helpful service crew. I'm delighted with how I was taken care of. More
Always a great experience I needed an oil change and I did not have a long time to wait. I was told at time I brought car in it would be 20 minutes and I would be on my way and I needed an oil change and I did not have a long time to wait. I was told at time I brought car in it would be 20 minutes and I would be on my way and I was on my way in 15 minutes also with my car wash and refreshing beverage. When you bring your car in they also check everything and you wait in a comfortable lounge. I also have a therapy dog for my work , he was welcome in the lounge without hesitation and he was also offered a beverage. International Cars Limited ( Honda North ) does want you to driver a safe reliable car., You just have to add the safe driving part. Thanks More

They are fast, keep you informed and take the time to explain things to you. In the area of communication prior to the appointment is a different story. They want you to use the online system which I do. However when there is a question NO ONE gets back to you. This time I emailed two times-no response. I then emailed the service manager-still no response. I finally called and after about 30 minutes got my answer. As far as buying a car at this location..it was the worst experience I ever had. The sales person was a xxxxxxx. I had to get a bigger car because of my disability and went to the Lynn Honda location as I refused to deal with the sales people at Danvers Honda. More

Service Manager helped to solve my problem My can was brought into Honda North 2 weeks ago because my battery kept draining and I had to jump start the car whenever it did not run for a few hou My can was brought into Honda North 2 weeks ago because my battery kept draining and I had to jump start the car whenever it did not run for a few hours. I was told I needed to replace the battery cables, cost approx $700.00. The cables were replaced. I left town for a week and when I got back the car had to be jumped again. I brought it back in and involved the Service Manager this time. It was found that a relay that controlled the fan for AC or Heat was getting stuck on and it was draining the battery. Although I received a tiny discount it still cost me almost an additional $200 to fix the problem. I am still wondering if the cables really needed to be replaced on my initial visit. I do realize they were in bad shape but I do not think it was the problem. I didn't mind paying for parts, but when I brought the car in for a second time I feel I should not have been charged any labor because of the miss diagnosis and high price paid on the first visit. The service manager was helpful. I just wish he had said "hey we made a mistake" instead of making me feel like it was all necessary work. I was also comped a car. I was made to feel like that was a favor too. But it wasn't a favor at all. It was something that should have been done after the miss diagnoses. I also bought a set of tires from you. Come on, give me a brake! Treat me with respect. I'm not an idiot. Times are tough and money is tight. If I didn't have to replace the cables immediately I could still have the $700. Everyone warns me about having my service done at a dealer. I expect it to be more expensive but I used to have the confidence that if the dealer was doing it, it was done right. Now I am not so sure. I am a pretty laid back person, but this kind of ticked me off. More
