first service at Honda North This was my first experience with the Honda North service department. While it was for just an oil change, everything went very smoothly. I liked the This was my first experience with the Honda North service department. While it was for just an oil change, everything went very smoothly. I liked the way they greeted me at the service entrance to verify why I was there and to direct me to the correct bay. The service area was clean and orderly. After the service was completed the as found report was clearly explained. Overall I was very impressed. More

Good experience Overall I went in to have an inspection sticker done and and Oil change. I like that I can go without an appointment. I also like that the service person lets me know about things I want to keep in mind for later appointments. For instance, I had a recall on some things that need attention, so I can call later for an appointment at my convenience. More

First Major Service (60K) This service involved just about all running aspects of the car, particularly the brakes which needed significant upgrading. Since the car would be at the dealer a considerable amount of time and I had a free loaner, I requested if they could eliminate several tree sap spots that had attached themselves to my paint. Their detailing group was able to resolve the matter effectively and eliminate the spots at a favorable charge .Additionally they gave me other detailing services restoring a new car look etc. More
