Swift and thorough in and out Took my 2014 Honda CR-V in yesterday for its 5000 mile oil change - its first since I purchased it. I was surprised when I called for an appointment Took my 2014 Honda CR-V in yesterday for its 5000 mile oil change - its first since I purchased it. I was surprised when I called for an appointment to learn I didn't need one for an oil change. I drove up to an Express window at almost exactly 12 noon, expecting there might be a wait because it was lunch hour. Instead, my car was taken in immediately. They asked only whether I'd bought the car from them (which I did, and the first oil change was free), gave me a voucher for a complimentary beverage and asked me to wait in the (comfortable) waiting area. I was called perhaps 10 minutes later. Oil changed, car washed and vacuumed, fluid levels topped, tire pressure checked...And I was out again. Wow! I was impressed! More

Service Department Review I'm very impressed with the Service Department's customer service skills and how hard everyone there seems to be working. While I only just purchased I'm very impressed with the Service Department's customer service skills and how hard everyone there seems to be working. While I only just purchased my Honda Civic there last Saturday, I did of course have to have it registered and inspected; the service department employees were very attentive to my concerns about getting this done on time and one additional concern regarding my car. It's very nice that Honda offers the amenities of a pleasant and comfortable waiting area, snack bar, WiFi, Enterprise, etc. And who can beat having 7-day a week availability! Hope the employees are working **too hard** and get all necessary breaks! More
