Frustrated I went for an oil change and state inspection and waited 3+ hours. When I asked for status the 3rd or 4th time I was told it would be any minute. I I went for an oil change and state inspection and waited 3+ hours. When I asked for status the 3rd or 4th time I was told it would be any minute. I then sat back down and waited only to see my car sitting and parked so I went back and asked again. Turns out my car had been done for over a half hour. When I then got to my car the keys weren't there so I had to go back in to get them. Usually the service has been amazing. I'm hoping this was just an off day. More

Not satisfied. Was quoted a price of $533.00 to replace starter, was charged $115.00 for a diagnostic that was not need because I told them it was the starter. They then called and told me the price would be $900,00, when I told her I was quoted $533 she then told me they made a mistake it would be $800.00. I took the car back and will now go someplace else to be fixed. This was all very misleading on your part. In the last five years between myself and family we have bought 3 cars from you. We will not be buying from you again which is really to bad because we where very happy with the car itself but feel we cannot trust your dealership when it comes to service. More
Honda Service Took my 2012 Honda CR-V in for service, oil change, several cars ahead of mine. I was told about 45 minutes or so. Not even 45 minutes later, my car was done, washed and vacumed. Service rep went over all that was done and what was scheduled next. Can't ask for better service. More

The morning that I brought my car in for service was extremely busy, with service men running to retrieve cars, and attend to customers who were dropp The morning that I brought my car in for service was extremely busy, with service men running to retrieve cars, and attend to customers who were dropping their cars for service and renting loaner cars. Even under those stressful, backup moments, the service staff didn't miss a beat by remaining professional. Add to that.....the weather was a beasty hot summer day.
