A thorough going-over was done and the honest answer from the service folks was...don't spend any more money on this car. At 135,000 miles and a lot of rough use, it was time to put it out to pasture. I totally appreciated the honest advice to not spend $4000+ to pass inspection even though it was reasonably road-worthy. I've purchased 3 Hondas from Hinda North and will be stopping back in soon to get #4. More

The staff recommended I come first thing in the morning which I did, and was informed that someone's grandmother had passed away and the wait would be 45 minutes. The shop opened at 7:05 and the coffee shop was dark and only had coffee from the day before at 7:10. They seem to be very casual about punctuality here. When I got my car back the floors were vacuumed poorly and the back of my seat was soaked from the employee wearing their rain soaked slicker to bring my car around. I purchased the car in December (pre-owned) and was told it had been thoroughly inspected. While cleaning the car afterwards, I realized that the driver's side mat had a whole in it. I spoke with service and they told me I had to order 4 mats that they were not sold separately. I spoke with the service manager and asked for them to replace the mat because it was damaged when I bought the car and they should have seen it during their inspection. He told me he would have the sales person call me but it has been a week and no word from Honda North. Finally, every time I bring my car by to be washed the car wash is broken including the day I had my oil changed. I have used Jiffy lube in the past and the customer service was much better there. I own this Honda now and I must continue to use Honda North during the warranty period so I do hope the service improves. More

I arrived at 6:01pm, not realizing that service and the cashier closed at 6:00. Someone is sales tried to help me, then I ended up heading home with the rental car. I called the next morning (Saturday), and spoke to Meghan. I told her I was heading out of state in another vehicle for my son's baseball tournament, so could I pick up my car and drop off the rental on Monday morning. She said I would be charged the extra days for the rental and didn't offer any solutions. So I had to come down and pick up my car and drop of the rental (Newburyport to Danvers and back to Newburyport), before heading south again to Connecticut delaying my son and people I was traveling with. Also, when I left a detailed message on earlier that week on Tuesday evening on Meghan's voicemail to book an appointment for Friday morning, I never got a call back. I had to call again on Thursday to book the appointment. More

I did know something was wrong with my brakes and I h I love my Honda, but I guess as time goes by things change so little at a time we do not notice. I did know something was wrong with my brakes and I had a little vibrating rattle under the car but that was all. After the service that was given and Tim's expertise on what was done, I also asked questions which he did not hesitate to take the time to answer. The ride home was awesome, the car was just like it was when it was new. Thank you again. More

Oil change and Inspection - Friendly Couresy Van Driver I came in for my first (free) Oil change and an inspection sticker. I was told it might be a 2 hour wait. I was offered a courtesy ride home (I live nearby). I was very impressed with the young man who drove the van (I wish I got his name). He opened the door for me and assisted me in (I'm walking with a cane these days due to knee surgery). Then when they called to say my car was ready, the same driver returned to my home to pick me up - great service again. It's also a nice bonus to get the car cleaned for free with each service visit. I bought my Honda there a year ago and will continue to return for service visits. More
