Thanks to Don Lord and Amanda in the Service dept! on 8/13/18 I was running errands and found myself stranded with NO POWER, rolled into Shell station, called Honda, had to be towed. Honda provided me with a loaner. I received a call that it was a wiring problem, expensive! Amanda & Don sent the Honda Corp a fax and it was covered under Honda! So grateful to both or them! Don also fixed the recall on the battery box! Honda has been our family's choice since 1987! I have bought 5 new Hondas of which 3 are still on the road and being driven by family! Honda's customer service and their timeless vehicles are what keep people buying them! Excellent isn't a good enough rating! Superbly Excellent!

I was given a time table for the work to be done. When finished, I was given an overview of several checks that had been performed and walked to the desk where any paperwork would be finished.
Mason and James did a great job getting me in a new accord. Process was smooth and had a very good experience with this dealership.
