The service department did an excellent job on my car. All the young men that I spoke to that day were kind and very helpful. I plan on using these guys to service my car as long as I have a Honda civic. Once more the service department is wonderful, a great bunch of guys. Now the reason I said as long as I have it is because the SALES DEPARTMENT is terrible. I purchased my car brand new 8/2023, Honda Civic EX-L, The salesman told me it has everything heated this & that, leather this & that. I told him I really didn’t care about that, but if you pay $30,000. cash for a car that has everything I do expect to get a trunk button & to be able to program my garage door to open while sitting in the drivers seat!!!!! Not in this $30,000 car. I call Honda of Jonesboro started complaining first thing no one cared. I would get an email every now and then and they ask how things were going, I told them about it again. No one would answer my email. Now every time I go to Jonesboro Honda I complain I have from the beginning. Some of the employees there don’t understand how they can get away with being so dishonest, I don’t either. I tell everyone I know how I was lied too about my car & the manager there didn’t even care enough to do anything about it. I even tell people there when I’m waiting on my car. I had my son to take their sticker off because I will not advertise for someone that lies just to make a sale. I like my car I hate being lied to. I’m an old lady. I pick up my groceries I don’t want to get out of my car when it’s storming to open the trunk!!!!! But because of lies I was told I do get out in the storm now, but I won’t when I get another car. If I do get a Honda it won’t there never again. I will continue to tell people how dishonest the sales department is!! More
