Service on 2018 CRV I was greeted when I walked in to the service area and treated very well. After I was picked up, on the way home I realized I had left my cell phone I was greeted when I walked in to the service area and treated very well. After I was picked up, on the way home I realized I had left my cell phone on the passenger seat. I called Dave Richmond on my husband's phone, left him a message asking to check the car and if it's there, place in the glove compartment. Dave returned my call soon after saying he found the phone and will place it in the manager's office for safekeeping. I received a call the next day that the car was ready for pickup. Great service and Dave went the extra mile in customer service. And he gave me my phone back! More
