The only negative was sitting in the lounge area and overhearing one of the salesmen drop a couple of F-bombs in conversation with others in sales. Car-buying customers were not present, but there were 5 people in the service waiting room who could hear it. That kind of language from an employee in a public space is unprofessional. More
