Discriminatory practices at deli! Totally unacceptable. Everyone should be treated kindly. Lady behavior was rude,, disrespectful and totally unacceptable. She behaved blatantly Totally unacceptable. I felt humiliated, embarrassed and belittled. I have NEVER in 62 years been discriminated against or treated this way. NEVER! The bad taste has since continued to linger. I want to forgive this lady as perhaps she does not know any better OR the expectations of her are too low. I hope this is NOT an acceptable practice at this dealership. More

I was promised a ride home and pick up for my vehicle. Service Dept gave me a ride home after sitting they did not have anybody readily available..but Istated I was told there would be someone.
