Discriminatory practices at deli! Totally unacceptable. Everyone should be treated kindly. Lady behavior was rude,, disrespectful and totally unacceptable. She behaved blatantly Totally unacceptable. I felt humiliated, embarrassed and belittled. I have NEVER in 62 years been discriminated against or treated this way. NEVER! The bad taste has since continued to linger. I want to forgive this lady as perhaps she does not know any better OR the expectations of her are too low. I hope this is NOT an acceptable practice at this dealership. More

Service was very good as always. JR took all the information for the tech to have done and check my concerns. I was promised a ride home and pick up for my vehicle. Service Dept gave me a ride home after sitting they did not have anybody readily available..but Istated I was told there would be someone. I did no Service Dept gave me a ride home after sitting they did not have anybody readily available..but Istated I was told there would be someone. I did not get a pet up to get me to retrieve my car I made other arrangements....nor was there an offer to pick me up to get my car although I am only about 1 mile away. More

Initial Service rep was fine. I picked up vehicle after 5. There was 1 service rep to help customers. He was busy on the phone with a customer. No one was available to help. I ask I picked up vehicle after 5. There was 1 service rep to help customers. He was busy on the phone with a customer. No one was available to help. I asked the receptionist and she said to simply wait until he was done as he had to check me out. I waited but the service rep continued to remain on the phone with a customer. I went back to the receptionist but she again said she couldn’t help. A couple of sales reps tried to help but couldn’t. After still waiting I again went to the receptionist to ask the the GM’s number but she said she didn’t have it. She told me to call the main phone number and ask for the GM but it was after hours and he was not working. A lady at the front desk told her she did have the GM card and she should give it to me. Sales reps were great, service reps were great but not enough to help after 5. Receptionist needs customer service training. This could have and should have been a better experience More
