JR was great! He got me in and out in a decent amount of time and shared with me what was done on my vehicle. I had a 9 am appointment. While waiting they took 2 other people before me who didn’t have an appointment. I asked if someone could drive me home, I was told no, they were short handed again It took them 3 hours to finish my car, in that time no one came to give me any updates I only knew they were done because I saw my car in the parking lot More
