Bought a used car, they tried to sell it for me 4,000 more than their web site. When I mentioned it to them and showed their site they did give me the price of their Web site. We agreed to pick up the ca more than their web site. When I mentioned it to them and showed their site they did give me the price of their Web site. We agreed to pick up the car Mon at 1pm , the car was not ready. They were working on the brakes that I said need to be fixed before I agree to the purchase. We waited 2 1/2 hrs and the car was still not ready. They did replace the brakes after addressing and the car was ready the next day at the time we agreed. We paid for them to go to the registry to register the car. They said about 7 days I will receive the registration in the mail. I waited 10 days and called them. They sent me got a copy. They said they keep the original. I asked why? No explanation. I said I should receive it. They said they would mail it. It’s been a week and I still don’t have it. Another point, they said they were going to charge use for wheel locks on the car, we noticed on the car fax they were put on when the car was new in 2018. So they removed the charge. More
