Jerome, our salesperson, was friendly, professional and attentive to our needs when it came to shopping a new vehicle. In terms of pricing, while much of it is a supply/demand issue (we got a new Pilot), I would love to see a bit more transparency on the pricing rather than simply the monthly payment. Specifically, I had asked about what I was effectively being charged as an "interest rate" (i.e. a money factor, etc.) for a lease and was not given a clear answer. Backing into that number myself took some time afterwards and made me realize I didn't get as good of a rate as I'd have liked given I have strong credit. Jerome was otherwise super transparent and professional and Xan was also friendly and willing to help navigate the RMV process for MA. Overall, I would recommend Honda Barn to friends/family based on the interaction I had with the staff there. More
Worked with salesperson, Peter Decosta, on leasing a 2021 Ridgeline. I've purchased and leased many autos in my life and I have to say that Peter is one of the better auto salespeople that I have dealt with Ridgeline. I've purchased and leased many autos in my life and I have to say that Peter is one of the better auto salespeople that I have dealt with. I was looking for a Ridgeline RTL and all dealers were in short supply. Peter followed up on a regular basis and kept me updated. When another customer's RTL was delivered from the factory and that customer changed his mind, he called me right away. I know that Peter had other potential customers but he followed thru as he said that he would since the initial meeting. We completed the whole transaction within 2 hours and very professionally. I also have to give a thumbs up to Xan. He was great and also very professional. More

My buying process was pretty smooth. I don’t live in the area but went there to purchase the now discontinued 2020 Fit. I was happy with everything except the fact that even though my return of my Fit lease area but went there to purchase the now discontinued 2020 Fit. I was happy with everything except the fact that even though my return of my Fit lease that only had 16,500 miles on it, Honda Barn would not give any more than the buy out amount from Honda. This was a BIG disappointment for me. More
