We just purchased a new CRV from Honda Barn. Shawn Cass and Xan made this purchase a great experience for us. We are a Honda family and this is our 6th Honda, but our first from Honda Barn and we will be and Xan made this purchase a great experience for us. We have been having our cars serviced at Honda Barn also, but have needed to go elsewhere on occasion. The service team is super and we have had no issues with the quality of work. My only issue is that Honda Barn will not honor other dealers Service Specials/Coupons. Not a big deal for an oil change but if I can get 10% off a major service, then I go elsewhere. When I called to schedule service, the person who I spoke to said "why would we, they are our competition". Well, that's exactly why you should. Keep customers coming back and don't make them go to the other dealerships. Anyway, very happy with the buying experience and can't say enough good things about Shawn Cass. He was professional, likeable, sincere, and we felt good about him getting the sale. More
