It was a busy day when I went to pick up my new (used) CR-V and they were both very nice, helpful, and responsive. The car was priced well, I do wish however that the wheel lock nuts were included in the price of the car - they were about $25 a piece and on every tire. The one not so great 'surprise' I had when I was finalizing my purchase was a denial of a loan without a co-signer. This is something I would have expected to know at least the day before so I could prepare for alternative options. I was fortunate in that I had a relative with me who was willing and able to co-sign and I was able to take my new (used) car home that day. If, however, that person wasn't with me in going to pick up the vehicle, I would have had to turn around and go home with my old car - this would have been devastating. I will note that I am a first time car buyer and therefore I recommend to anyone in a similar situation to discuss this with the salespeople prior to making the venture to Honda Barn so you can be as prepared as possible and leave satisfied, as I did. More

WOW !!! This dealership has sure changed !!! Bought a 2016 low mileage used Fit from the Honda Barn last fall. Included as a dealer installed item was a charge for wheel locks. As an LX model wit Bought a 2016 low mileage used Fit from the Honda Barn last fall. Included as a dealer installed item was a charge for wheel locks. As an LX model with steel wheels, NO locks had been installed yet the charge remained on the invoice. When I consulted with sales, instead of refunding the charge for nonexistent items, I was told I would be granted a free oil change as needed.Two weeks ago, made an appointment, but was told only time was two weeks ahead. At that time, reminded service about the wheel lock compensation covering the oil change. When I arrived today at 1:00 PM, was told that the oil change would not be covered because they, “knew nothing about it !” Couldn’t believe what I was hearing since I’ve been buying cars at the Honda Barn since 1992. I always had an excellent experience at the HB and dealt with Jim Lurvey, Phil Goldworthy, and best of all, Roland as the Service Manager. Roland was the best and did many favors for me. At 78 years of age and about to buy my last car, I can’t believe this dealership has fallen to the level of not honoring a promise and charging for installed items that in fact were never installed. Complete BS and dishonest individuals now control this business. I won’t be back and encourage others to stay away ! More

He was very good about sanitizing everything, from the seats in the car for the test drive to my drivers license when he returned it to me. We love this dealership because of their professionalism and the respect they have for us as customers. I fully expect that we will be returning there when it’s time for our next vehicle. The not so good- Air conditioning did not work when we took car for a test drive. Salesman was unaware of that. Took a week to secure a condenser to make repair before we took delivery of car. Dealer claims in and out in 30 minutes once deal is set and financing is approved but we were there 1.5 hours. We don't buy cars often so we're willing to bend with glitches since the important factor is whether we got a good car for a good price. We believe we did. More
