Bill was exceptional and went above and beyond! On the day of the sale he took the time to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the car, as well as went the extra mile to really make the experience an exciting and enjoyable one. I'm usually not very impressed with interactions with car dealerships as a younger female customer, but I had a wonderful experience with Bill, and I would certainly come back to the dealership in the future because of him! This was the easiest least pressure filled car buying experience I have ever had. Did all the pricing on line in advance and was out of there with a new car in 2 hours after 3 test drives.
