Our salesperson, Cynthia, was very patient and thorough as she explained and clarified all our questions. Plus before we left, she ensured that we were cognizant and familiar with all the features. In fact, I did have an issue the next day when I realized that it was impossible to open the second row doors from the inside. As soon as she learned this, Cynthia immediately texted me a photo of the latch that I needed to adjust. We also had an extremely positive experience with all the other employees who assisted us.
