Instant Fix Genius! I was without Sirius Radio and feeling the pain. Told by Sirius it was a dealer recalibration problem, I brought my year-old car back to Honda Barn I was without Sirius Radio and feeling the pain. Told by Sirius it was a dealer recalibration problem, I brought my year-old car back to Honda Barn service. Donnie Paige was unfamiliar with this problem and was going to calendar my problem for a week away. Very, very busy place. I am 20 miles+ from my dealership.. He saw my despair and asked me to wait a minute while he checked it out. Not ten minutes later, this Delightful Donnie had it fixed. Needless to say, I was really impressed with his kindness and willingness to meet this new "fix" challenge. Very grateful for such a caring, special service leader. More

Excellent experience I arrived not knowing what to expect. After all, buying a car is usually the same experience as pulling out teeth, right? I've owned Hondas my whole I arrived not knowing what to expect. After all, buying a car is usually the same experience as pulling out teeth, right? I've owned Hondas my whole adult life, so it was no question as to what make of car I was going to buy- just from what dealer? I have taken my car for service to Honda Barn in the past, and they've been great, so I started my search for a new vehicle there. I was greeted by Eddie, who was a star at helping me find the right car for my needs. He was funny and easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. The negotiation and financing parts were long, but I never felt like someone was trying to take advantage of me as a woman walking into a car dealership alone. Ultimately, the financing people worked hard to find me the best deal possible. All in all, I was very pleased with my experience, and I would buy another car there. More

I also added quite a few extras and again was happy with the price for them all. John kept me updated everyday as the service department worked installing the extras, never leaving me in the dark.
