He was very forthright in discussing the financial issues as I was trading in my car. He spent at least an hour with me and when I left, he sent me home with all the important paperwork. I returned in a few days and spent time with Eddie and the business manager, Ray also very helpful and Am now the happy owner of a 2019 HRV. More
