Pleasant experience We were looking at small SUVs or p/u trucks and checked out almost every make and many dealerships. For one reason or another everything was ruled out We were looking at small SUVs or p/u trucks and checked out almost every make and many dealerships. For one reason or another everything was ruled out except Honda CR-V and Ridgeline. After dealing with several Honda dealers, we came to the conclusion that the preferred Ridgeline was not in our price range. Then off to Honda Barn to test drive a couple of CR-Vs. We happened to mention to Dave that we preferred a Ridgeline, but that it was out of our price range. He said he thought he could get us in one for less monthly payments than we thought so he set us up with a test drive. Wife and I both loved it. Long story short, after careful consideration, we were able to buy the vehicle we wanted for a payment we were comfortable with. Thank you Dave April for heading us in the right direction. More

I think my last review was deleted, so I'll post again By far the WORST car leasing experience I have had. As a Honda customer for 7 years I was appalled. From the day I picked my 2019 HRV up, the Bluetoot By far the WORST car leasing experience I have had. As a Honda customer for 7 years I was appalled. From the day I picked my 2019 HRV up, the Bluetooth, sound system, and front display intermittently malfunctioned. I brought my car in for service and it stayed in the shop for 5 days with no updates, to have it returned and be told there's nothing wrong with my vehicle and maybe I just don't know how to work my settings. Or, next time it malfunctions if I'm in the area to just cal with a heads up and stop by at my convenience so they could diagnose the problem. So the next time my stereo malfunctioned I called the dealership and told them it's acting up and would like to bring it in. The service tech said it was too busy and I need an appointment, but I shouldn't make an appointment because they need to see the vehicle while the problem is happening. So I got a run around and the service shop basically refused to fix my 3 WEEK OLD vehicle. I've left several voicemails for the GM who refuses to return my calls, and had to call Honda corporate to set up mediation. Do yourself a favor and do NOT go to Honda Barn. And if you do, I strongly advise you to avoid John Singleton and Bob Hajjar in sales, and Donny and Kevin in service. Especially if you're a woman, because they'll speak down to you like an idiot and assume you don't know a thing about cars. ADDITIONALLY - the GM Linda Murphy responded to a google review with flat out lies, saying that I asked to exchanged my vehicle and had buyers remorse, and that it took me 2 weeks to decide on a car. NOPE. Mind you, this is after I attempted to call her FIVE TIMES to settle this privately and she refused to return my call. ANYWAY, I decided that very first day on the lot, and was later told the vehicle was unavailable. I selected my backup vehicle, test drove it, then drove it home that night. It took a total of TWO DAYS. I never asked to exchanged my vehicle, I asked to have my sound system repaired or replaced. They do not work with you once they have your money. DO NOT GO HERE! More

Friendly staff, good expiriance The staff is excellent, everybody is friendly and there is way less pressure than years ago buying a car. I will never give any dealer the highest rating on price, since its not possible as a buyer to know if you could get the car cheaper. Its still the one thing that car dealers do wrong (All of them)....if you really had fair prices you would put the end-price on a sticker similar to other brick and motor stores, then the buyer could really compare prices without the pressure of having to commit to a buy to get the real price. But as I said, its all dealers doing that. Car buying still has to evolve more before it can be real fair. More
