I experienced extraordinary customer service, I didn't feel pressured into anything, people worked with me to figure out the best car for me based on my needs, and multiple actions were taken by employees to help find the best deal financially. I definitely recommend buying a car from this dealership. The one hiccup I experienced is that my brand new car is having some sort of problem with the GPS that is preventing me from using the audio interface. Other than that, the car is exactly what I was looking for, but the issue is annoying to have on a brand new car. I'm heading back to the dealership tomorrow (two days after I bought the car), and I'm sure it will be handled. More

Super personable and went above and beyond!! I worked with Bill Bradley to buy a preowned CRV EX. I had contacted him through email ahead of time and he had the car ready when I got there. Bill I worked with Bill Bradley to buy a preowned CRV EX. I had contacted him through email ahead of time and he had the car ready when I got there. Bill took the time to show me how to use all of the technology in the car and answered my questions, never making me feel rushed. He worked with me to get the payments where I needed them to be and since I had been driving a rental car, he went to the rental location with me to return my car and drove me back to the dealership to pick up the CRV. HOW AMAZING!! Bill was so personable and we made a connection over a mutual love for supporting individuals with autism. He shared such great information about local fundraisers and events that I look forward to learning more about. Bill made me feel comfortable and like a friend, I will definitely refer friends to Bill Bradley at the Honda Barn. Thank you Bill! More

They made it easy. I went into the Honda Barn to look at a used (2014) Subaru Forester that I honestly was not planning on liking. (I'm a Honda-only guy.) I had seen t I went into the Honda Barn to look at a used (2014) Subaru Forester that I honestly was not planning on liking. (I'm a Honda-only guy.) I had seen that it was the Limited Edition and decided to give it a shot, as I had heard good things. Theresa on the floor was excellent, very courteous. She took me out for the test drive and was very kind. She explained what she knew about the car, and we discussed differences between Honda, Toyota, and Subaru. I was very impressed by how solid the vehicle felt, totally tight, clean, and how incredibly it handled. I was pleasantly surprised. When we got back to the Barn, I explained my situation: that I was trying to decide between a Honda Pilot (which I really wanted and was at another Honda dealer, in MA, but was over $4,000 more), and the Forester (which I was now actually considering, after driving; it being the only other solid vehicle I had driven since the Pilot). She knew that my time was tight, that I had to make a decision, and that I was in the 11th hour. Bob, the Sales Manager, came over and introduced himself (Theresa had spoken with him). He was not pushy, at all, but made me an offer that was extremely generous, to soften the blow of spending such a large sum of money, and to (smartly) widen the gap between the Forester and the Pilot. He explained that, especially with vehicles which are not Hondas, they are extremely meticulous about what they allow to be sold off their lot. It is true, they do not have much used inventory. He told me of the one previous owner, and spoke (discretely, not over-selling) of how well he had taken care of the vehicle, how he was proud of it when he was trading it in (which was evident, as well, in the carfax, which I had reviewed with Theresa). He told me he felt absolutely confident in sending that vehicle off the lot, and I believed him. I could tell just driving it that they had done the right thing with this vehicle...including the mechanics of it, the detailing and the new tires. I told them I would think about it, but was probably going to be deciding sooner than later. They let me sit out in my (own) car, unmolested, to ponder my decision. A couple came onto the lot and began to look at the Forester! Theresa, in her kindness (and once the couple had moved off, a bit), gently came out and told me that, if I wanted (while I decided), she could take even a $100 as a 'deposit' and put a 'SOLD' sign on the vehicle and park it in back of the lot until I made my decision, and that if I decided against it she would gladly give me back the money. I told her that no, that this was my decision to make and that I understood if the car sold out from under me. (But that was very kind of her...as well as smart.;) I decided to take the Forester. I knew it was solid. It was not exactly the vehicle that I wanted, I had to admit it...but it was the one that made sense, for me, and I knew it would seriously take me down the road a stretch without worrying. (It was tough, I won't lie.) I wrote the check. Eric in financing was efficient and straight-forward. He made it very easy. After the purchase, he emphasized what a great vehicle that was, that vehicle in particular (so well taken care of, and clean), and congratulated me on the car. He said he had sold Subaru for years, and knew that that car was tight. He said he was psyched for me, and I believed him. They brought the car into the shop at 1:30PM on a Sunday (they were closing at 4PM), and did the final service and cleaning...and filled the tank. I came back for the vehicle just before they were done for the day. The vehicle is amazing, and really an excellent deal from a solid dealer. I do not have to worry about them having cheated or skimped on the vehicle. It was an easy, smart deal on a great, solid vehicle...and I feel like I got what I needed without going overboard. Everyone knows how stressful buying a used vehicle can be! This was one of only two good experiences I had while shopping around. Both were at Honda dealers! Do yourself a favor and purchase through them, if you can. At least that knot in my stomach is only because I dropped a sizable amount of cash, and not because I'm now worried I may be sitting on a lemon. Good luck out there! More
