A great experience as usual! I built my Pilot on the Honda website and sent it to the Honda Barn. I received an email back and scheduled a test drive. David greeted us upon arriva I built my Pilot on the Honda website and sent it to the Honda Barn. I received an email back and scheduled a test drive. David greeted us upon arrival and retrieved the car similar to the one I built. David explained much of the new technology that I do not have in my current car and we asked he accompany us for the test drive. We left Honda Barn that day and said we may come back the next day. There was no pressure. We did return, added what we wanted to our car and came to a final agreement. They were more than generous. We picked up our car in just under a week as we had accessories that needed to be ordered and installed. My last Pilot was purchased here and I've used their service department for many years. I could've gone anywhere to purchase my new vehicle but I chose Honda Barn for the way I've been treated over the years and how they've helped me maintain my vehicles. I recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a vehicle and/or use their service department! More
