We decided to do business with Honda Barn instead of the dealership we had bought most of our previous cars from because their pricing was much lower and the salesperson, Sarah Lessard did an outstanding job assisting us. Sarah was knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful throughout the whole process. She seemed to know all the details of the new models and the differences from previous years. She returned phone calls and emails quickly and always had or quickly found answers to our questions. The financial manager, Ray Jurewicz was also pleasant and easy to deal with as he was clear and concise when explaining all the financials, warranties, and options for extended plans. We never felt pressured or stressed by Sarah or Ray. Honda Barn would do well to keep these people in its employ for a long time.
