Tune up and Air Filter case work I called ahead with the work to be done. 4 screws that hold the main air filter case together were rusted in place and snapped when changing the air f I called ahead with the work to be done. 4 screws that hold the main air filter case together were rusted in place and snapped when changing the air filter. The car was dropped off. The Mechanic could not get the screws out. The part to replace the whole air filter assembly was not in stock. They did not call to work on getting the part or calling when discovered to discuss the issue. There was an offer to order the part and have me bring the car back in. I am opting to buy the part my self and do the work myself instead of paying market up dealer cost and additional labor. Spark plug change was very expensive. Overall disappointed with the cost and quality of the service center. The service center front desk was very pleasant, but still does not make up for lack of quality. Robert Piotrowski More

A Excellent experience I recently bought a new HRV with Honda Barn a dealer I have not dealt with a while as I went to other Honda dealers to buy a car. My experience was I recently bought a new HRV with Honda Barn a dealer I have not dealt with a while as I went to other Honda dealers to buy a car. My experience was overall a great one. I felt like John the salesman and Erick the sales manager were honest with me and didn’t hide information from me. I appreciated the honesty factor. One of my options was the buy my original car off the lease and John actually did say to me it might be better option instead of buying a new car. I valued that because I never felt like John just wanted me to buy a new car from him to meet his numbers ; he was looking out for my best interest as the customer. Eric the sales manager was was never pushy. He was incredibly patient with me which I appreciated that very much. Thank you Eric and John for helping me and making this car obtainable. And making my first car buying experience a good one! More
