Thorough and polite with a no pressure, straight forward approach is an essential ingredient for me when dealing with a salesperson. John exhibited all of these qualities as well as follow up correspondence. Only holding back on that fifth star to see how my issue gets resolved, that being a small dent found in the rear quarter panel the night I purchased the vehicle and brought it home. It wasn't until the light was hitting it just right that it stuck out like a sore thumb. I called John on his next day in the office and he had me bring to to the dealership for a manager to assess the blemish. I am waiting for a call from the person who will be fixing this problem and will wait to see how it gets resolved. As for John and his salemanship, 5 out of 5 stars, top notch. Thanks, Tim More

I really felt like he wanted what was best for us and not to simply sell us something. Other dealerships we looked at were all about selling us something. They did not make a personal interaction with us nor did they seem to want to. My recommendation if you are looking for a Honda look no further then Honda barn of Stratham. Thank you! More
