I am a single mom who is a crazy consumer researcher before making a purchase and I had picked out the Civic model I wanted and made two appointments I am a single mom who is a crazy consumer researcher before making a purchase and I had picked out the Civic model I wanted and made two appointments with dealers today, ready and willing to purchase either a Civic Sedan EX-T or a Civic Coupe EX-T. My first appointment was at Dover Honda where no one greeted me and I was patronized and treated like a stupid chick by the salesman. I walked out of there frustrated and went to my next appointment at Honda Barn with SARAH LESSARD, who had been recommended to me by another recent car buyer. Sarah was there to greet me, my son, and my parents and shook everyone's hand. Even though she didn't have the car I was looking for, she took me out for a test drive in the Civic Coupe CVT, (made my 14 year-old son sit in the passenger seat to experience the ride up front while she scooted in back) and then proceeded to tell us all about the car as I drove. When we returned, Sarah quickly got to work finding me the coupe I wanted in the color I wanted with a manual transmission. This was no easy task, but Sarah accomplished it in no time. She came back with a car to order just for me and a great offer on top of that. Honda Barn knows how to treat customers and Sarah is a truly excellent salesperson who will treat you with the utmost respect. She is down-to-earth without the hard sales pitch and numbers run-around. So refreshing! I guarantee you will leave there satisfied! More

Outstanding Customer / Sales Service We recently purchased a 2018 Honda Pilot from David at the Honda Barn. We noticed nearly as soon as we got home there was a small issue with the pain We recently purchased a 2018 Honda Pilot from David at the Honda Barn. We noticed nearly as soon as we got home there was a small issue with the paint. We returned the next morning to discuss options to resolve. The sales team acknowledged immediately, did not try to minimize and offered several solutions to resolve. They were friendly, courteous and allowed us to completely choose the option which worked best for us. We requested a different vehicle which required quite a bit of extra work on their end. They tracked down another pilot and even took the time to get me the interior color I had originally wanted!! In addition, they set me up with another pilot as a loaner while we waited for it to arrive. I cannot say enough great things about their assistance. They actually remediated the situation quickly and left me in a better spot than I originally was as I now have a pilot with both interior and exterior colors that I LOVE. I should also state that I test drove several cars, repeatedly even, and David was incredibly patient while I made my choice. Could not have asked for a better sales team to work with!!! More
