Very patient with me as I had scheduling conflicts in getting to the Honda Barn for test drive. When I was very interested in the car I ultimately purchased, he worked around my schedule to get in a test drive, answer many questions ( it is a Hybrid and I was totally unfamiliar with the particulars). What he didn't know he researched the answers rather then making a "stab" at it....greatly appreciated! On day of purchase, everything was clear and concise...and surprisingly quick!
