Hi Stephanie, I am sorry you are not happy with the service you received. Unfortunately you have omitted some important details surrounding your experience. I wish you would have contacted me directly if you were not pleased. You hit a speed bump and ripped off the shield. When you brought it the first time you were given the option of replacing it or removing it and leaving your undercarriage exposed to road hazards. You asked us to try to reattach it. We did the best we could with the damages that the shield had sustained. And at no charge to you. You brought the car back to us and it was evident that you had again hit something and ripped the shield off as the screws were ripped completely out. Again, we did what we could at no charge. After your third visit and your not wanting to repair the damage correctly we did charge you $40. I am glad you opted to at least take the shield off, however I caution you as they did in Service that in doing so, you have the potential of doing greater damage. Please feel free to reach out to me at an time if you wish to discuss this. Linda Murphy
