I always walk away feeling satisfied that I received a fair deal and a quality vehicle. A number of years ago I made the mistake of going to another dealer. They promised me a certain vehicle at a certain price but then couldn't deliver. I was extremely frustrated and angry. I went to Tim and he worked a deal and got me the car I wanted. I haven't gone elsewhere since. As a customer, all I ask for is a fair deal, courteous and friendly staff, and a quality product. I get that with the Tim Raymond and the Honda Barn! More

He helped me get into a car that, though I wasn't feeling the color at first, now really love! Thanks for nothing! Just trying to get a simple oil change The service department tried to get me to do more than an oil change when I went in and then they didn't reset the Oil Life gauge on my dashboard. When I called about it they said bring it back in, I said no can you get someone on the phone to tell me how to do it they said NO everyone is too busy and took my number to call me back - no one ever called me back. I had to google it and figured out how to do it myself. I am NOT happy and wanted to start shopping for a new car - I don't think I want another Honda if this is how I get treated! The entire experience was hostile - makes me think management treats the employees like xxxx and they just give it to the consumers. More

I was not asked, they just decided to do a check of all fluids, etc. and I was told that I needed to do the rear differential fluid and all other fluids. I had the rear differential fluid done a couple months ago, so I feel I was being scammed. I was not informed that they were going to go through my car like that. I have my own mechanic for such things, and did not appreciate having to wait for them to do unnecessary work. They had no business doing that. More

Disappointed My car was in to have the battery replaced. Honda did a checkup on the whole car and said all of my brakes and pads should be replaced. I took it to a local repair shop I trusted for a second opinion and they said that price completely inflated, and the brakes were fine. More

There is never any pressure, they try to help you out with the numbers, getting you as close to where you need to be by running different scenarios. They have patience beyond my expectations. Sean in financing made the signing of the papers a breeze as he had everything organized and ready when I arrived to pick up my new car. I have dealt with the service department with my last 4 Honda's and for the most part I am always pleased, other than the dirty windshield when they wash my car after services.
