Based on Cassandra top notch customer service I knew exactly what to expect with my car service end to end. I even saw her interact with another customer (that had a service animal). She was so patient and kind with that customer as well! Shannon (I believe that’s the correct name) took my initial service request over the phone as was amazing as well.
