The rest of the experience was typical of purchasing a new car - the back and forth from sales agent to the "big guy in the back" for negotiation decisions. But I am glad to have purchased locally and pleased that it worked out that way and I have no doubt that the service going forward will be excellent (from what I've heard). More
oil change & recall When I called to make the appointment the Service person was very polite and helpful. The services done on my van took 2 1/2 hrs. It's stuffy in there and not the cleanest of places. I drove off hearing a very loud noise my van wasn't making before. The Service Manager was very kind and helpful. He saw I had been there for a long time, so he drove out to my house to check the noise issue with my van. I think it was the cover to the air filter that hadn't been pushed down all the way, that was causing the noise. I don't believe the slow service was a reflection of the manager at all. This man in my opinion went above and beyond to provide great service to his customer. I appreciate what he did greatly. I did not feel like driving back to Honda with my 3 kids. More

Great service on a Saturday with an unexpected problem. A great relief before leaving for Florida. More

I never felt pressured or less than comfortable through the entire process. I felt I got a fair price and the process was completed with no bumps nor bruises. Highly Recommend Honda Barn and John Singleton In Particular I met John Singleton when I was at Honda Barn for routine service for my 2015 CRV. Knowing that I would probably trade in that car in the fall, I went I met John Singleton when I was at Honda Barn for routine service for my 2015 CRV. Knowing that I would probably trade in that car in the fall, I went into the sales area to check out the 2017 CRV. John approached and I liked him immediately. I knew that when the time came I would like to work with him, so I asked for his card. His personal appearance and manor were a good match for me — I do not respond well to pushy sales people but I do like to be provided with straightforward information and John fit that bill. In this recent purchase John was very helpful in explaining how things work with the new CRV. He set up the electronics according to my specifications and invited me to return if I needed any help in the future. I also enjoyed working with Sean Belanger. He was very efficient in handling the paperwork. I look forward to working with both John and Sean in about three years’ time when I will likely trade in this CRV for a new one. Maybe a lease next time. I would also add that the service department is excellent (several trips in the last 14 months). More
