Simple, friendly, easy I'd been searching online for a particular vehicle. If the correct vehicle was available I was willing to travel several hours to get exactly what I I'd been searching online for a particular vehicle. If the correct vehicle was available I was willing to travel several hours to get exactly what I was looking for. The exact vehicle came up for sale in my own neighborhood at Honda Barn. Unfortunately it had a sales agreement with another buyer. I left my information with the dealership and to my surprise the first deal fell through. The sales team at the Honda Barn followed up and let me know the vehicle was once again available. Later that day I went to the dealership to purchase the car. Bill Bradley met me when I walked in and was extremely helpful. We went for a short test drive and I completed the purchase. it was a pleasure working with Bill and the other members at the dealership. More

Consistent excellent service. I really enjoy purchasing vehicles from the Honda Barn. This is my third experience at the dealership. I leased a 2011 Accord, bought a 2013 Civic LX I really enjoy purchasing vehicles from the Honda Barn. This is my third experience at the dealership. I leased a 2011 Accord, bought a 2013 Civic LX and now traded that Civic for a brand new 2017 Civic LX-T. What a great car. I've been so pleased that my mother, sister, and one of my brothers have all purchased or leased through the Honda Barn. I think we've purchased or leased at least 6 vehicles from the Honda Barn. David is easy to talk to and knowledgable of the products and all the technology involved. Sean Belanger was also very helpful and had plenty of advice and answers to all of my questions. Bob Hajjar also made sure he came over and said hello as I am a long time customer. Thanks again for a great car and a positive smooth transition. More

Very Frustrating Experience It took them over an hour and a half to tell me what they were going to charge me on the original issue I came in to get fixed. They charged me $125. It took them over an hour and a half to tell me what they were going to charge me on the original issue I came in to get fixed. They charged me $125.00 Evaluation Fee even though I supplied them with the computer service code. They did all of my in warranty work first without even telling me before they gave me a quote for my original issue. More
