greed I want to mention that the problem with the battery was on my older Accord. The need for alignment was on my brand new CRV.On several occasions I've been duped. The last time I was told I needed a battery, so I bought it. They said it was made for this car. Fine 3 days later it was dead. I waited two hours for them to check it out.. They said it wasn't the battery. I paid $176 for this, Took it home 3 days later dead.. I brought it to another place and they said the battery was too weak. They replaced it and has been working fine even starting after two weeks idle. I could go on, but I learned unless it's under warranty DO NOT GO THERE. They try to hook you into all this junk. The woman sales should be fired. She said I needed the front aligned, The SUV had 4500 miles on it.. That is outright stealing, in my mind., More

Outstanding Team Work for my new Lease I called just a couple days before to start the New Renewal Lease Financing Application. Two mornings after I was in the Honda Barn picking my car ou I called just a couple days before to start the New Renewal Lease Financing Application. Two mornings after I was in the Honda Barn picking my car out, finalizing the Financing Documents and I drove away with my new car. It was a pleasant, extremely efficient and good experience. Tim, Bob and Sean were incredible, they were so kind and thorough with all the paperwork and setting me up with my first new car I really couldn't have asked for a better team. I'm a tough negotiator and they were fair and honest. I can't say enough great things about the Honda Barn team, at one point they even offered me a slice of their pizza around lunch time just because they are that nice! I'll be back for my first oil change and I'm bringing my dog to meet them if that doesn't say it all. Thanks again everyone! More

Quick, quiet, and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised when I brought my Accord in for a recall replacement. I had an appointment, but when I showed up, they were super busy. I checked in at the counter and Brendan told me there was no loaner car available for me. I didn't understand why, since I clearly explained the problem to Mike when I made the appointment. Mike and I agreed on the phone that the issue would most likely take a while and he said if that is the case, we will get you a loaner.. Brendan at the counter didn't know why a loaner wasn't there for me. Instead asked me "who did you talk to on the phone? Eventually it was decided, I would have to come back another day. When I did, they fixed the electrical issue I had with my brand new, under 1500 miles HRV. Hope it stays that way. More
