We met Tim Raymond moments after walking through the door. We shared our intention: to drive three competing vehicles in one day. Tim took us for a test drive, answered our questions (and follow on questions) with confidence, and never disparaged his competition (though he was able to clearly differentiate in areas that matter to us). I should note that it took us 20-odd minutes to get our car seats into the car for the test drive, and there was never even a whiff of impatience from Tim (we had to do a real test drive and as a father, he got that intuitively). Tim offered a fair price for our trade on the first go, and an excellent price for the SUV we chose (contingent of taking Dealer stock, which was fine with us). We made the deal over the phone the next day and picked up the vehicle (which had obviously been washed thoroughly) shortly thereafter. At delivery, Tim took a lot of time to introduce us to the amazing features of our new SUV (incidentally, we’re stunned at how far cars have come in only four years), and even invited us to the Dealership’s picnic the next day! We appreciated his openness and communication throughout the process. Without hesitation, we’d recommend Tim and Honda Barn to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

I know my requirements and I just need to get answers on the details. After stopping by Audi, VW, Toyota, Subaru and Nissan over the past 3 mos, I pretty clearly decided I was going to move to a 4th Pilot. After a quick swing by Honda Barn to take a quick look at the 2018 vs 2019, I met Sarah Lessard who was the perfect fit for me and I knew I'd buy it from her, even though there are other dealers much closer. Friendly and Quick Service and Fair Price I called on Tuesday, got an appt. on Wed. for break pads. Dropped off my car at 9:30, had car back by 2:00. Used their Courtesy van for drop off and pickup, so helpful. From beginning to end, service was awesome. On the initial phone call, they even mentioned using non-Honda brand break pads to save money. In past years, I always felt this location was very pushy with upselling services. In the last two years, this has totally changed and I don't feel pressure at all. Great experience I went in recently for an oil change and I was in and out of there very fast. Also, the employees there are very polite and professional. Great experience with non pushy dealers Popped into the dealership a few times just to check out the Pilot. The whole experience was great and I love the fact that the dealers gave me time a Popped into the dealership a few times just to check out the Pilot.
