Tune up and Air Filter case work I called ahead with the work to be done. 4 screws that hold the main air filter case together were rusted in place and snapped when changing the air f I called ahead with the work to be done. 4 screws that hold the main air filter case together were rusted in place and snapped when changing the air filter. The car was dropped off. The Mechanic could not get the screws out. The part to replace the whole air filter assembly was not in stock. They did not call to work on getting the part or calling when discovered to discuss the issue. There was an offer to order the part and have me bring the car back in. I am opting to buy the part my self and do the work myself instead of paying market up dealer cost and additional labor. Spark plug change was very expensive. Overall disappointed with the cost and quality of the service center. The service center front desk was very pleasant, but still does not make up for lack of quality. Robert Piotrowski More
