easy in and out and no BS I went in for an oil change and my car was taken in right away. Handed the key off and walked around outside for a little while. About 30 minutes late I went in for an oil change and my car was taken in right away. Handed the key off and walked around outside for a little while. About 30 minutes later I was told my car was done and it had been washed as well. Nice touch I was not expecting. They did not try to push any services on me but made some recommendations. No pressure at all. More

Excellent service and parts dept I recently purchased my vehicle at Honda Barn on a Sunday and was not able to be introduced to the service and parts department. I had a trailer hitch I recently purchased my vehicle at Honda Barn on a Sunday and was not able to be introduced to the service and parts department. I had a trailer hitch installed on my Pilot and arrived 1/2 hour prior to the service department even opening, they were gracious enough to allow me to drop the keys and send me on my way as a co worker was waiting. It was my error, I thought they opened at 7 and they opened at 8. They by rights should have asked me to wait but they didn't and I didn't receive an attitude like I would have in other dealerships I have been to in the past. Again, I'm sorry Honda Barn for my faux pas. More

I love my new Honda Civic My purchase experience with Makenzi Wendel was really great. I went to look at the HRV but the snappy little Honda Civic turned my head. A sweet little car that looks great and is really comfortable to drive. Makenzi made the buying process so easy. We did a test drive, sat down and went over the numbers, she gave me what I asked for and it was a done deal. Very quick. I left with my little Civic within a couple of hours, financing in place, car inspected. Makenzi has responded quickly to all of my requests for help while learning about my new vehicle. She is very pleasant to work with and has been a great help while I am getting to know my car. I would recommend Makenzi and Honda to anyone. More

Brendan is incredibly nice. The others are great as well. I went in for a heating problem on a car still under warranty. They could not find the problem but were very gracious and washed my car and even hosed I went in for a heating problem on a car still under warranty.
