I purchased my car at Honda Barn and had a prior recall that required extensive work and that experience was a poor one. I had decided then that I would not utilize this dealership in the future, but decided to try again, since it's so convenient. In my opinion, their customer service is seriously lacking. Although I did have a positive experience on the sales side, but it's highly unlikely that I will patronize this business in the future. More

Our intention was to hear what each had to offer and give the Honda dealer one mile from our home the opportunity to beat the offers we had in hand. First of all we chose Honda Barn because three years ago we had a new lease and I some how set off the emergency flashers. We stopped at Honda Barn for assistance. The gentleman in service was so pleasant and helpful we thought that when we were in the market for a new vehicle we would avail Honda Barn of our business. After months of internet and other research methods Christina at Honda Barn worked with us to come up with a reasonable offer, she had exactly what we wanted so we were compelled to take the hour plus drive to Stratham. Soon after our arrival we met Mike, Eric and Sean. All were courteous, engaging, knowledgeable and helpful. They were even funny when appropriate. Even though we didn't get what we wanted for our Accord we were able to move forward on a deal that Diane and I were comfortable with. We made the deal, called and canceled the appointment with the other Honda dealer, went to lunch and then drove our new Ridgeline home. All and all we had a great experience with Honda Barn and look forward to a relationship of many years. More

"Ethel" took my car in, put me in a free loaner car, and away I went. She called me later in the day to tell me my car was finished. It took just a few minutes to pick it up. And they even washed my car after doing the work. Nice job Honda Barn! More

Went to Honda Barn where sales consultant ( Eileen in noisy heels..hahahaha) spent a long time finding the right car for me. Eileen was personable and patient with both me and my husband. I test drove 3 and purchased the least costly, and she never showed disappointment. I did have to wait FOREVER to close the deal and then for the car to get detailed. Cars dash was still dirty, but I just wanted to go home. Eileen offered to clean it herself, but I don't think it was her job! I spent almost six hours there, but I am very happy with my car. I will return if I ever need to. No issues. More

Having a new Ridgeline, the service department couldn't give an estimate time frame as they never replaced the part that needed to be changed, so I came with knowing it could take a couple of hours. To my surprise I had not even gotten into being comfortable and they were done. I visited with my salesman, talked with the staff and asked questions got my answers from those quick questions and then went to the waiting room and wow they had finished.
