Great Experience! ! Started with Christina through the internet, then Bob and Dave, and finished with Dave and Sean. I have bought many new cars and have used Honda B ! Started with Christina through the internet, then Bob and Dave, and finished with Dave and Sean. I have bought many new cars and have used Honda Barn in the past. Honda Barn is farther from my NH home than many other dealers, and it is worth the trip. It is hard for the local dealers in Manchester area to compete with the great experience and pricing offered by Honda Barn. I highly recommend! More

Great sales experience, but quality control a problem for me My sales experience with Eileen Barry was great and she went above and beyond the call of duty in trying to fix the flaws in my new (2017) Civic Hatch My sales experience with Eileen Barry was great and she went above and beyond the call of duty in trying to fix the flaws in my new (2017) Civic Hatchback. There were scratches on the door, a trim piece in my dash that was falling out, and a dent on my roof --- all upon delivery. Eileen stepped in with the Sales Manager to try to handle the issues. The scratches were buffed out, only to cause damage to the clearcoat and necessitate another trip to get that squared away. The trim piece was taken out of the dash, then reassembled and reinserted into the dash. The dent was only partially fixed with a paintless dent removal. The wrinkle in the sheetmetal is still visible. I made five trips to the dealership to get these issues worked on. I now feel like I overpaid for the car --- bought new, but it feels used, if you know what I mean. You expect that new car feel to fade, especially after you get that first "ding" in the supermarket parking lot. You just don't expect to have that feeling 1 hour after walking out of the dealership. I've been nickled and dimed at other dealerships when I tried to trade a car. They want to deduct for every scratch and imperfection. I would NEVER have bought this car if I had seen any of these issues. I feel like I overpaid given the imperfections in the vehicle. I would recommend due to Eileen's efforts to get things fixed, but I would recommend them with some trepidation, because my car had so many issues upon delivery. I'm not sure if I should be upset with Honda or the dealership. I prefer to have my car serviced by the dealership that I bought from, so I'm holding my breath a bit...... More

The process was easy, efficient, and almost effortless on my part. John Singleton was patient with all my questions and continued to to be "on call' for days after I purchased the car. Above and beyond! Sean Belanger handled the finances quickly and efficiently despite many internet outages on a stormy day. All accomplished smoothly in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Fixed recall items and general inspection I came in for an airbag recall and to identify an oil leak. Brendan also identified some other issues with the vehicle that I knew about, but hadn't fixed yet. I decided to have Honda Barn do the work while it was already in the shop. Call AAA Fifteen minutes after leaving the Honda Barn service center my Pilot was dead in the grocery store parking lot. Four days of service and almost a tho Fifteen minutes after leaving the Honda Barn service center my Pilot was dead in the grocery store parking lot. Four days of service and almost a thousand dollars later, it won't start. We tried jumping it but that didn't work so, with a trunk full of food and a snowstorm on the way, we called AAA and had them tow the vehicle back to the Honda Barn to have them fix what is now wrong but wasn't before service. Oops, they are closed all day due to the snow storm. I guess we will just have to wait almost a full week to get our Pilot back operational after going in for fluid change and new front bushings. More
