Christina Kallelis was the one who response so quickly for the "E-Price" that I clicked. Even at the day she had vacation, another nice person (Kimberly) answered all question that I had. They gave answers, alternatives for the color that I choose and when I will expect to get the chosen car. I bought the car that they had in stock instead waiting for the color that my wife really want. At the dealer, that was the first time I saw the interior of Honda Pilot 2017, Michael greet me and explain everything thoroughly. He even sync my iPhone into CarPlay, he really good in explaining technology the Honda Pilot have. Then Sean Belanger took care all the paperwork. He is friendly and did the process so quick. The bottom line is Honda Barn have so many good worker that will serve what you need. PS: thank you for the President Day sales event that you run, I got Bose speaker !! It all starts with, as many such transactions, with the salesperson. Bill Bradley was great. I am a VP of Sales by profession - so of course I am keenly aware and sensitive to how a salesperson interacts with me. Bill did a great job. A fantastic job of identifying the need and matching that to a vehicle. He was compassionate to my wife, who was the person we were shopping for that day, and asked her many questions. His professionalism was second to none, he was patient and laid back. We felt no pressure or attempted to be rushed into a decision. His recommendations were spot on. We will do more business with this gentleman as a report and relationship were definitely established. We had never met him before and parted friends.... As with any organization - it's all about the people. Bill was the tip of the spear in the experience... All others we met were just as professional and Honda Barn, as an organization, functioned as a true team. If you're looking for a Honda - you owe it to yourself to give these folks an opportunity. I continue to be be impressed by Honda Barn. Brought my 2013 accord in for some diagnostic work that had been previously looked at by another mechanic. Garage X spent 2 + days trying to figure out what my vibration issue was and said it was just my snow tires vibrating. Honda Barn thoroughly went over my vehicle and had informed me I had two warped rims, within 2-3 hours of dropping it off. They gave me true and recommended resolutions to this problem instead of pushing their products and services on me . Mark and Kevin are the two people you want to talk to in service. Patient, understanding, professional, and down to the earth people. I Will never take my Honda anywhere else to be serviced. Ps both times I've brought my vehicle in for service, they have been under their quoted billing cost and time expectancy. Be sure to stop Into Honda barn for any and all of your automotive needs, and be sure to ask for Mark or Kevin! More

HondaBarn is Awesome, just Awesome There are 2 events in my life that I normally absolutely despise: going to a car dealership or the DVM. For weeks, I put off going to the dealership to trade in my Wife's pilot for a 2016 CRV, because i didn't want to face the horror of the sleazy car salesperson and all the back room Shenanigans. This trip to the Honda Barn was the exact OPPOSITE of all the other horrid experiences of my past. Tim R. is awesome! I feel like he listened to what I wanted from them, then did the very best he could to make that happen, without all the back and forth that I have experienced elsewhere in the same town. I intend to visit the Honda Barn for ALL my future vehicle needs, new or used. They are truly a great car dealership. I don't even think of them as a dealership, I think of them as my friend. More
