Dave is competent in his knowledge of cars, and had no problem answering detailed questions. I had shopped around quite a bit and found Dave much easier to work with all around. Thanks Dave! Eric Swindell did a nice job in the finance office getting me a lower interest rate than my Bank I have done most of my business with for 15 years. Additionally, he had all the paperwork prepared effeciently allowing me to spend time with my family in the waiting area rather than sitting in his office for 30-45 minutes like my last car buying experience at another dealer. Service Went in for an oil change, which went just fine. Ethel was friendly. However, I was told I needed a wheel alignment. I was told the same and approved an alignment the last time I was in for an oil change. Yesterday, after my appointment at Honda Barn, I went to my local tire shop to have my tires rotated and wheel alignment. The technician there checked the alignment and said "it is negligible" and he "did not nor would not recommend a wheel alignment". This has happened on several occasions in the past with my car, as well as with my last car. My husband has been told that his has car needed wheel alignments in the past and then told by a tire technician that no alignment is needed. What happened yesterday was the latest addition to the growing list of various incidents that continue to add to our mistrust of the service department. We are considering having general maintenance done elsewhere. Even though we have liked the sales department we've decided that after buying 4 cars from Honda Barn we will not purchase a 5th. More
